Order Processing

Orders placed with PawLuxe Products Hub, operated by Shirlink LLC, are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email and tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with free shipping. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. We currently ship to the United States only.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days from the date the item is received. Items must be in original condition with all packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receipt. See our Refund Policy for full details.
